I started the adventure to buy a home back around November 20th, 2017. I was interested in looking for a home and needed advice and help looking for a home. I contacted Tammy Baumgartner. She was in contact with me immediately. We discussed financing and price range. Once she wanted to show me a home the journey began. I would call her about listings that she sent to me and told her what ones I wanted to see. I was looking my self and would send her the listing number and she was back to me in a matter of a few hours. She arranged showings right away. within hours and sometime minutes she would have a showing scheduled. Tammy Baumgartner showed me about 10 homes by the middle of December. I took a break from it for the holidays while keeping an eye on listings I could find. Tammy was still looking. we came across the home on county Rd 59 on January 2nd. Tammy Baumgartner set up the showing and I asked her questions about a proposal on this property. we come up with an offer and she drew up the papers and sent them to The sellers agent. they counter proposed and Tammy Baumgartner notified me immediately with the sellers counter. Tammy helped with her suggestions and what I could do and I followed them to the T. I now own the home. I couldn't have done it without her. If anyone looking for a home wants a great agent that knows her job, Tammy Baumgartner is the broker to call. She went above and beyond the call.

I honestly do not have anything negative to say about Tammy. Ever since I first contacted her she was always prompt, knowledgeable, understanding, and friendly.
