Anthony had my property back up on the market after the first sale fell through within a week and I was signing a new contract within a week after it was listed. This last buyer is the one we closed with.

Everything from the time Anthony took over helping me was above and beyond what i could have expected to start with. Extremely helpful when there were things i didn't understand or wasn't sure about. He was fast to reply and very on top of things when it came time for closing and getting ready to close. What i dealt with going through my lender i couldn't have done without Anthony being able to answer questions even late in the evening.

Anthony made the whole process very comfortable. Never felt like I was bothering him. He would sometimes give us his personal opinion which we really appreciated. He looked into every concern we had for the new house. Anthony would never push the issue of finding a house or selling ours, when we would go to him he was always there ready and waiting. He made everything feel so easy and was so fast on getting the paperwork to us to have it signed. He's very laid back and honest. There's nothing I would change about his technique. If I wanted to move again I'd call him up in a heartbeat. Really enjoyed working with him.
