Seller reviewCory Comeau is an experienced realtor. He worked with us as well as watching similar homes on the market in suggesting the asking price and choosing a listing date. I believe the house showed 17 times in the first couple of days on the market. He coordinated all those showings perfectly with us and other realtors. Cory is very curious and asks a lot of questions to learn what you as the homeowner want from your sale. He's very honest and doesn't want to misrepresent any information Jan to prospective buyers. We appreciated that. Super friendly and great guy! Cory was also always available.
