Seller reviewHe is a neighbor friend for several years. It as a pleasure working with him on the sake of my home. We only had 6 showings & my home sold the second day. Nice & quick very little stress. Century 21 is a good reputable company. I have no complaints everything went fast & accurate ; in a timely manner. No problems or glitches along the way. John Hipskind is a very conscious person. He was very personable & helpful in getting my place ready to sell & throughout the sale. He went over & above the call of his duties.

Buyer reviewBecause I was not working with a realter I was a little aprehensive at first to trust the agent representing the seller but Amy immediatly made me feel comfortable and felt that I could.Also, I have purchased and sold several homes over the years , five in the Fort Wayne area and have delt with Century 21 in a couple of those purchase/sales being pleased with the results each time. I would highly recommend Amy.

Seller reviewJohn was exceptional in selling my parent's house. My parents were selling their home in order to go into assisted living due to my father's demensia. Jon certainly took this into consideration and made the selling of the house extremely smooth with as little stress as possible. When things needed fixed, he took it upon himself to look up places that would fix things, as well as getting us the best quotes in order to save money. My parents have bought and sold 17 homes in the 40 years they have been married, and this by far was the easiest!
