Seller reviewYvonne had a an accident after we met initially to get things started, and while in the hospital that first night with a broken leg she took the time to contact me of this to change an appointment we had in the days ahead. I thought that was pretty thoughtful in that time instead of her dealing with her own concerns.

Buyer reviewThe only issue I had was the 695.00 fee that was in the contract that was emailed to me. Since this was a short sale and time was of issue everything was just glanced over. I feel that this fee should be verbally communicated with the client, so there is no confusion about it.

Two months later I lost my wife to cervical cancer. Yvonne did everything for me including taking care of cleaning the townhome, addressing pest issues including rats, bees and roaches.
