Buyer reviewI am extremely satisfied with my first US home buying experience with Yoon! Yoon is very approachable and responsive, and was very patient with me when I had endless questions about the home buying process. Our interaction did not stop after closing -- in fact, she reached out to me several times after move-in to make sure everything is OK with the new place and continued to answer my questions about the property. Yoon is very detail-oriented and gave me an honest assessment of every property and area I was interested in from a buyer's perspective, and pointed out important features that I wouldn't have noticed otherwise. She was wiling to work with me at any budget level, and went above and beyond to make sure my needs are met. I was able to buy a home in a good neighborhood at an extremely competitive price and this would not have been possible without Yoon's expertise of the real estate market in the Cambridge area. I would 100% recommend Yoon to friends and family. Thank you again!

Buyer reviewI worked with Yoon Song to buy my first house. Yoon Song explained and advised me, who had no knowledge of the house, to accumulate enough experience and insight. She encouraged me to ask questions. So it helped me make a good judgment. In particular, I would like to appreciate what she explained many times until I fully understand the situation. In the case of my home, the listing price was higher than my budget, so my wife and I thought the offer would be difficult to accept. Yoon Song responded proactively and took the lead in helping sellers adjust prices. Eventually, she managed to adjust the price. Without her assistance, we would still have been spending time looking for a home. Yoon Song continues to advise us through phone calls and texts so that we can adjust to our new home even after moving in. She is a great mentor who really helps our family settle in new places. If we are in a real estate transaction situation, I would like to work with Yun Song again. Once again, I would like to express my gratitude to her.

Actually, the unit was a kind of hidden jewelry in this Cambridge area. I was quite picky in finding a property due to financial limitation from the beginning, so it took several months to finally find the unit, 12 Prince St. #6. During that time, she was always patient and kept looking for properties which I might be interested in. She also answered any of my questions at any time, even late night. I definitely would work with her again for next home purchases. I have already introduced a friend of mine to Yoon Song. Thank you!!!
