Bill's advice to add indoor/outdoor carpet to our closed-in garage was absolutely the best of many suggestions. It's not something we had thought of or would have thought of. The improvement aided the sale by making the house even better. Bill kept us on target with getting the house and property ready for sale. Without his help we probably would still be getting the house and yard prepared for the sale. The contract was over and done with so quickly that my husband and I have a hard time believing that it happened. The element of trust that we had with Bill was important to us.
