Seller reviewBill Rollinger was very professional and thorough with the presentation of the sale of my home. He was very respectful of my home and of my feelings of placing my home on the market for sale. I haved lived in my home for 11 years; and those years have many special memories. Bill was kind with me during the process, and no concern or worry that I had was minimalized or ignored. I appreciated his caring attitude with me. I will highly recommend Bill to anyone that finds themselves in the situation of selling their home.As Bill said to me at the closing of the sale......That I am on a new adventure. The office staff has always been very helpful and pleasant during my encounters with them. The agents appear to be very helpful to each other, no matter the situation. It was difficult to decide to sell my home, even though I knew the time was right to downsize.I felt Bill handled all aspects of the sale exceptionally. Bill was outstanding throughout the entire process. I am very satisfied with everyone involved with the sale of my home. Overall exceeded my high expectations.
