We could not have done this without Wendy Wright. Our house had immediate offers and Wendy helped up chose the best one for our needs and timeline. We then had an inspection technicality that kept pushing back the closing date. We already moved out of state into our new home and Wendy kept working with us, the County, and our contractor to get the issue resolved and house closed. WE COULD NOT HAVE DONE THIS WITHOUT HER! It was very apparent throughout this experience that she has vast experience and unsurpassed local knowledge.
