I grew up in South Africa but we moved to England when our children were 2 and 4. We lived there for 8 years before moving to the USA in 2009. I am a licensed teacher , but decided not to teach here. I joined my first brokerage in 2015 and fell in love with Real Estate. I still practice as an agent, but my focus is more on the Educational side of things. I am fortunate that I am able to combine my love of teaching and real estate into one role. I enjoy helping people, and that includes both agents and clients. I am excited about all the tools available to agents at Century 21 Affiliated, and love it when I see agents get excited too. My children are now in their twenties, and are independent (for the most part). I have a wonderful husband who loves to run ultra marathons when he is not travelling. We have a passion for animals and currently have a Shih Tzu called Gizmo, a rescue called Missy, and 4 cats, Sweets, Boo, Sassy and Pink. Our dream is to live in the country one day and have enough room to rescue lots of animals. My dream is to have cow!

Seller reviewWendy helped us buy this condo a couple years ago, and she was fantastic to work with. We didn't even consider asking anyone else when we decided to sell. She helped us buy another condo along with the sale of this property, so Wendy has now helped us with 3 transactions - all have gone great! Wendy did a great job making the sale. Had a dozen showing scheduled minutes (literally, minutes) after the place listed, and an offer within 18 hours. Had an escalation clause built in, which we'd never seen before, and Wendy was able to use that to get us $3,000 over our asking price! Essentially flawless execution!! Consummate professional. Never once was unclear about where things stood with the sale of this property.

Buyer reviewWendy helped us purchase previous condo and she did great for us, so really didn't even consider anyone else when it came time to sell that condo and buy a new one! Our purchase was a bit rocky, due to some incredibly difficult situations with our lender. Throughout, Wendy was 100% on top of the situation, was reassuring, represented our situation with our seller, helped us get things to a successful conclusion. Our anxiety was high, but it was reassuring to know that Wendy was helping all the way through. Will never use that lender again, but will absolutely work with Wendy again (and will recommend her, too!).
