Wanda is a very out going person. I Found it very easy to like and trust her. When I found out she was a realtor I enlisted her help in listing my house and getting it ready to show. I could have never done it by myself and she went above and beyond what I expected and made the sale of my house possible. Then helped me find a house that I love to buy. I have had other Realtors that did not make the mark or try to help me in any way or even to listen to what I wanted. Wanda is a wonderful person and a super Realtor- She made the whole transaction go smoothly. Helping me whenever I didn't know what to do or couldn't do. The process would have fell flat on its face without her! Also helping me find the right home to purchase and answer all my questions- she knew the good locations, the conditions of the homes I was interested in - and helped me see the plus and minus of each property. She has an inexhaustible knowledge of all the home buying and selling process. Wanda Smith gave a hundred percent and above in every area. She didn't wait till I had a problem, but asked what she could do to help. Wanda Smith is very patient and kind. I enjoyed being around Wanda and she made the whole thing fun and not nearly as stressful as it would have been otherwise!
