Seller reviewI searched the office for a realtor from this office as this office handled my mom's Purchase of this property 23 years ago. I reached out to 2 other agents and never heard back. I reached out to Ms. Vickie and she responded within 24 hrs. I explained my situation and needs to her , she took over the process prior to us having a signed agreement and the rest is history. Ms. Perkins was very attentive and her communication with me was always timely, professional and on point, her suggestions about minor improvements was taken to heart and accomplished as this lady knows her market. If I am ever in the need of purchasing property in the area she will definitely be my go to person. I highly recommend her and you are blessed to have her as part of your team.Thanks
