This helps my Buyer clients that are in highly focused searches for homes and my Seller clients get the most value… in the least amount of time… for their homes. Buyer reviewWe were referred to Vickie Kelsall through the lender loan application process. Vickie was the ONLY good thing that came from that lender. Vickie is truly a professional and is very, very good as an agent! We currently reside in South Carolina and made this purchase from here using the internet and contact with Vickie, as we both work and this was the only method available to make this purchase. Vickie's extensive knowledge and expertise of the local market made this purchase possible! We relied heavily on her to accommodate us and made time to have us view the house via Facetime and with our daughter as our eyes and ears! She knew exactly what needed to be in our offer on the first house we wanted in order to have it accepted. The offer was accepted as written on the first try in a very, very competitive market. When things went wrong with the lender, Vickie once again came to our rescue and got things back on track and had a contingency plan with financing as well! I can't say enough good things about Vickie! I will highly recommend to anyone looking to buy or sell a property in SE Wisconsin to find Vickie Kelsall and have her as their agent!
