She was very knowledgeable about the area and willing to help and be available and I found her to be a good fit to helping me find my dream home. I cannot begin to thank and applaud Venetia enough especially for having patience and being so respectful and kind during the long process I went through. I looked at probably close to 100 different houses and Venetia did her best to show me the places I found and and also come up with others in the area that met my wants, I imagine if wasnt an easy thing to do when I was so indecisive! At one point I became discouraged after a deal fell through for financial reasons and Venetia helped me to stay motivated and was very encouraging that I would find my dream home! Venetia was available when I needed her and was so willing to explain and be there with me for every detail and step of the way. As a first time homebuyer it was very comforting to have someone standing next to me that knew what they were doing and was so willing and available to help! I cannot be thankful enough that I waited and did not settle! I would 100% recommend Venetia for all you home buying needs, and have personally recommended her to family and friends.
