I can not sing the praises of Troy Ross loud or hard enough! We had listed for a year with a crooked agent and broker to the extent of needing the CA Dept of Real Estate to get involved. He also had us in contract with another home within a few weeks after. As busy as Troy is he was alway available for us whenever I had a question or concern. He would get back to me immediately whether it was via phone or text. He was able to show us properties when it fit with our schedules or if one had just came on the market he sometimes was able to show it to us immediately. When a few concerns came up on the sale of our home after inspection Troy also had knowledge of very professional tradesmen to come out and fix the things that we needed done.
