We first met Troy Roberts when we visited Indiana to look for a home. Our friends from Church recommended Troy Roberts. We'll, we ran him a little ragged but on our last day before we had to catch our flight back to Florida, he found us a home that we decided to purchase. He had us come to his office immediately to sign papers. We put in our bid and the next day got on the plane. We didn't know until we landed if we in fact got the house or not because we had to have our phones off during the flight. Hooray! We did! The closing process was smooth and we moved to Indiana. Since that time we continued to look for a house with more land. We drove Troy Roberts ragged, for sure. He won't tell you that but I know we did. He'd just smile and take us to see the next home we were interested in. He's the best, and we mean that! So after many prayers, a place hit the market that we loved and Troy got us in to see it and we put in a bid. Again, he immediately had us go to his office and start paperwork. And as fate would have it, our bid was accepted! (It wasn't really fate, it was God's grace!) soon after we got things out of the first house Troy sold us, we had Troy list it for sale. Within just a couple days we accepted an offer. The rest is history! Within the 30 days Troy told us it would take to close, we closed. Things couldn't have gone more smoothly. We are ever so grateful for God placing Troy, a Godly man, in our lives and that he was able to help us so much. We are eternally grateful. We will ask Troy Roberts to help us again if we ever decide to buy or sell another property.

Troy was extremely pleasant to work with. He made sure everything went smooth from the very beginning to the very end. Troy was extremely professional and communicated back to be fairly quickly if not, right away. As a first time home buyer, I had many questions and Troy made sure I understood what was being done during the entire process. I would recommend Troy Roberts to my family and friends when it comes to buying or selling their home. If you get the chance to work with Troy, know that you will be taken care of. We are so very happy that we met Troy Roberts about two years ago when we first moved to Indiana. We met Troy through a friend that had recently utilized Troy's services. Troy found and sold us our first house. Later we decided we wanted a different house with more land with pretty trees. Troy happily helped us find our dream home! Troy was very helpful with regard to our negotiations and bidding process. He gave us good advice that in turn saved us a lot of money. Talk about patient! Troy was amazing and never showed anything but delight when we asked to see another property. And he showed us plenty!! He also never threatened to take my wife's smart phone away to prevent her from finding more and more properties to view. This was such a great experience. This is our forever home so I don't think we'll be needing Troy's services again. However, should something change- we definitely would call on Troy to help us again. As a result of our dealings, we have become good friends with Troy!

Troy was one heck of a nice guy, I dealt with another agent that didn't understand what I was wanting like Troy did. Troy let me know as soon as the house went up for sale and was very easy to get ahold of and he knew his knowledge. What really stuck out to me is he wasn't afraid to get on the floor and find crawl space entries or walk around the outside (when it was cold) showing me the window conditions. I would ten out of ten recommend Troy for anyone looking for a house. He made me feel like part of his family and helped steer me towards a house that was a better fit than the first one I went to see. Definetly a stand up guy! I don't think I could have picked any better of an agent!! Just overall a great guy!!
