She made me feel like she understood that it's more than buying a house, it's about family memories that could make or break our time at a duty station. She went above and beyond in so many ways. She printed out bus routes and schedules, taught me how to read them, and helped me understand the commute at each house we looked at. She was incredibly professional and polite the whole time, including to the other agents. She values building relationships and it shows.
