Seller reviewTina Miritello made the process go very smoothly. She gave me all the items I needed to do to help get the job done on the seller's side. She went beyond my expectations to get the items needed on her side and kept me apprised every step of the way. She and her husband Vince handled the re-installation of our guest bedroom sliding doors when we could not find a contractor to do this one task. We got the closing done within 2 weeks after we had our tenant move out so I could not be happier with how it all worked out. I would definitely refer her and Century 21 again for my friends and family that are in that area.
