Seller reviewTheresa did an outstanding job from the first meeting and past the closing. Was a little hesitant after getting her thoughts on market value. I believed they were to high, but she was right on. Appreciated the help and hand holding through the entire process putting me at ease. Would highly recommend Theresa Paciga to anyone looking for an honest appraisal of their property by someone who puts lots of effort and ideas into getting it sold.

The individuals she referred to us have the utmost trust and respect for her. She was our agent for the sale of our property. We could not have managed without her assistance and ability to deal with the Buyer's Agent resolving issues that arose. Then as our Agent for the purchase of our new home, she again helped tremendously. She has followed up after our purchase to see how things are going. She really should become a Broker and train other Agents to operate as she does.

Theresa made the entire process very stress free and simple for us which was great! We barely had to do anything which was such a relief for us as first time sellers. Theresa is amazing and so wonderful to work with. She was in tune with everything we needed and made every step of the sale process simple and any questions or concerns we got a quick and helpful response. We will recommend her to anyone we know that needs a Realtor. Every step of the way Theresa was able to make the entire sale go smoothly for us.
