My passion is to help buyers find the homes of their dreams, invest for the future, and for owners to maximize their sales potential. Prior to becoming a real estate agent, I was a registered nurse specializing in high intensity areas. I bring knowledge and support from this experience, which translates well to my real estate business. I am excited to help people achieve their goals of finding the home that best meets their needs. In working with sellers, I strive to make moving as successful and smooth as possible. I recently was awarded our company's Quality Service Award at our annual service award gathering. I am happy to say that my clients have felt their real estate experience has been exceptional and often refer other friends and family to me. This also includes members of our military services, and I am proud that I have had four uncles, a stepfather and a stepbrother who have served over the last several decades.

Seller reviewWe relocated to from Miami to Mesa in July, 2018. Terry Bond was referred to us by a relative. Once we began working with Terry, we were able to obtain all of the important elements of both the purchase and, two years later, sale of our home. Terry played the role of realtor, pet sitter, house keeper and negotiator. Once it became apparent that our house was in high demand, she set a frenzied pace to the finish line. She was able to ready and show our dog and snake filled home while we worked and, in just two days, we had multiple offers above listing price. In no time Terry was not only our realtor, but our family friend. She was on top of every aspect of the transfer of our home, coming and going, and answered every one of our countless questions. We really appreciated Terry's calm, professional and fun approach to real estate and life! Terry was able to sell our home in record time, which was VERY important as we had an arrival date established in Miami.
