Tatyana attention to detail is superior. She cares about her clients and takes care of them. Very professional and works hard to make things happen even when they seem impossible. I would use them again. I refer people to them and will continue because I've heard very bad experiences with friends using other realtors and mortgage companies. Should never be a bad experience and my experience all though stressful at times was very positive.

Buyer reviewFrom the very beginning, I was recommended Tatyana based on her knowledge and helpfulness throughout the whole real estate process. I had no interest in looking for other brokers because I knew Tatyana was going to be the best. As a first time buyer, it was important for me to pick an agent that would be able to guide me and answer the many questions I had. Tatyana was extremely knowledgeable about the whole process, from picking potential properties to the final closing. She explained every part of the process to me in detail and answered all of my questions to help me better understand the different steps. Tatyana was always very polite and courteous, even if I had many questions after normal working hours. She would answer them fully and give me more information. Tatyana used my preferences and found me many properties that we were able to look at. Even when new properties came on the market, Tatyana was there to schedule a showing the very next day. She went out of her way to keep searching until we finally found a property that was ideal for me. Tatyana made sure to do plenty of market research to make a fair offer on the property, and in the end I was able to get it well within my budget. Without Tatyana, I definitely would not have been able to find such a perfect home for an outstanding price, and in such a short time. I would absolutely recommend Tatyana to anyone looking for an agent to sell or buy a home, and I will definitely go with her again.

She can provide great advice and suggestions when it came to time for making decisions. She also helped me sold my house last year, and again, she provided great advice in terms of how to stage the house, and she has real skills in marketing the property. We received multiple offers in just three days! now I am moving to Fairfield,CT, about 70 miles south to Hartford. Tatyana is still my very first choice of real estate agent. She was always available for answering questions and very flexible for showing. She helped me found my current house, and I absolutely love it.
