This is our second time that we have been fortunate enough to use Sylvia as our realtor, and boy can she deliver! Sylvia is knowledgeable, experienced, hard-working, and just the sweetest gal in the world. She genuinely cares for her clients like family. Seller reviewSylvia was very helpful getting our property ready to put on the market. We are "out of town" sellers and she made all the arrangements and appointments to have the necessary work done on the property including meeting with the different workman. She really made an otherwise unpleasant and difficult task easy. It is because of her "hands on" work, we were able to sell our property in an timely manner.

She was always more than willing to go the extra mile, even at times going to check on our home for us. Seller reviewSylvia Rhinehart is one of the most knowledgeable agents in the foothills outside of Marysville CA. Her approach to the sale of my property was as professional and effective as anyone could obtain. In my case Sylvia was the agent that I used to buy the property in 2002. Over the years she stayed in touch both professionally and personally (Christmas cards and birthday cards). To sum it up: she really knows her stuff, dealing with the requirements, inspections and the best advise on what was needed to sell the house as soon as possible. I would recommend Sylvia Rhinehart without reservation for anyone selling or buying property anywhere. If she was running for president she would have my vote.
