Buyer reviewSuzanne Godsell should be named Suzanne Godsend. She was wonderful and extremely helpful in finding us the perfect home! I lived out of state at the time, and she was always flexible and kind about stacking home tours within our budget and with all of the items on our 'wish list'. Her ability to schedule appointments quickly and rapid responses to any questions was greatly appreciated. Even if she didn't have an answer right away, she always shot a text to let us know what the status was for any and all of our inquiries. She was patient and understanding about the stress of the process for us, never showed us homes above our budget, and never tried to push us into making an offer. At one point she even said, "We can do better than this one for you both" (and she was right!). Being first time home buyers, she even helped us with understanding what we needed to do once we did find the perfect house. We never felt pressured in any way to put an offer in on a house we weren't sure about, or to see houses we didn't want to see. Suzanne was a wonderful professional to work with, and years down the road when we do eventually move again, we'll be calling her to help us sell!
