My husband and I were first-time home buyers without a real understanding of what it was like to buy a home in New Jersey. We knew what area we wanted to buy in and how much we would be willing to spend, but we didn't know much else. Sue helped us to find the other individuals we needed to purchase a house (e.g., mortgage lender, home inspector, lawyer, etc.). Nearly all of her recommendations were stellar! Sue did a great job in helping us to navigate the home buying process. It is a confusing process in the best of times but with the crazy market right now, she helped us figure out how to make our offer the most competitive that we could without giving up important things like an inspection. She is incredibly kind and worked hard to make sure that we got the home that was perfect for us. She always made herself available for us. We asked a million questions along the way; Sue always got back to us quickly or referred us to someone who would know the answer. Additionally, during the time that our home was under contract, we had so many challenges, and Sue was always by our side to make sure that we overcame them all and got to the closing table.
