I've lived in the Manalapan/Marlboro area for the past 40+ years and have lived in New Jersey all my life. I raised my family in Manalapan and both of my children stayed in the area. I am very familiar with Monmouth/Middlesex counties, but am able to work in any part of New Jersey. I graduated from the University of Maryland with a BS degree in Business & Marketing. Being an out of state seller I evaluated other brokers and selected Susan based on her superior sales track record and connections within the Marlboro area community. I was very pleased with her presentation, knowledge, and responsiveness. She had the needed connections in the area to help me through the entire sales process. My mothers house was listed and sold in approx six weeks at slightly above asking price. I believe I made an excellent choice in selecting Susan and Century 21 and would highly recommend.
