In addition, her preparedness for our first meeting was impressive. She took the time out to create a bound perspectus of homes I was interested. Sunita has excellent knowledge of the surrounding area and ensured that my home search/process was smooth throughout. I appreciate her attentiveness and her ability to keep me in track to complete tasks to align to an on time closing. Sunita put in extra hours to ensure this deal went through smoothly. There were times that I had family emergencies to deal with and could not respond to her until after business hours. She was extremely responsive and got answers often within 30 minutes of receipt. The house was staged beautifully, which really made it stand out from other houses on the market.
