Excellent sounding board, providing great feedback, as well as unique and helpful perspectives. What more can I say? Steve exhibited all of these characteristics and then some, including empathy (when we didn't get a house we put an offer on), resourceful (when he researched a property that had an easement), FAST (when we found a property that we needed to see pronto) and flexible (no one else would have worked with my work schedule so graciously).
