Stephanie is very personable and not pushy as an agent. She follows-up on planned action. She discusses options objectively but offers advice in discussion. It was like dealing with a friend who knew how to be a broker. I would recommend her highly and if I have the opportunity to return to the area, she would be one of my 1st calls. Stephanie can just continue to be the kind of person I described in the 1st comment box. It is difficult to be in sales, yet she made it seem easy. It has to do with her personality and integrity (through actions) to start and then her knowledge of the job. She excelled in all areas.

When we first contacted Stephanie, it was just a casual look-see of what was available in the area. She worked with us for years - literally! - and then helped us when we found just the right place. Since we lived 4 hours away, our visits here needed to be focused and efficient, and Stephanie ensured they always were.She understood our needs and wants, and showed us many properties, and increased her knowledge of what we needed and wanted each time. She showed us things she knew would meet our needs, and sometimes properties that she thought were not exactly what we wanted, but might interest us. Stephanie was amazing. Should we ever move again we will be sure to enlist her as our realtor.

This review is in regards to Stephanie Berry who acted as my wife and I's real estate agent for the purchase of our home in Fort Bragg, CA.  We cannot say enough good things about Stephanie.   The best, most valuable and absolutely critical trait Stephanie has is her commitment to timely and thorough communication.  We were very particular about what we wanted and looked at probably 15 or so homes. Any time we called (or emailed) if she didn't pick up she always called us back within an hour, even when she was on vacation! Stephanie really listened and took the time necessary to understand what we were looking for. On top of that the whole experience was truly pressure-free. We ended up closing on our dream home in April of 2017 and we could not be happier!    We could not have done this without all her help and I would absolutely recommend her to anyone who is ever considering buying property in the in the Fort Bragg area.  She is exceptionally knowledgeable of the property purchasing process and the area.
