Life is complicated. The real estate processes doesn't have to be. I will be there from start to finish to handle all the details of your transaction. I take pride in my attention to detail and caring for the needs of my clients and would consider it a privilege to help you realize your real estate dreams. I have lived in Escambia and Santa Rosa Counties for a total of 13 years. I am an alumni of the University of West Florida having graduated with a degree in Psychology and remain involved in community, volunteering my time with the Santa Rosa County School District, Ronald McDonald House, the Back Pack Program, the Pensacola Association of Realtors and Habitat for Humanity just to name a few. My family and roots are here and I am personally invested in promoting the continued development of this beautiful community; in addition to offering a hands on approach to real estate and my commitment to giving back. I have an extensive background in finance and mortgage related products. This combination makes me uniquely qualified to assist buyers and sellers with finding the best real estate solutions. I am also a Certified Financial Counselor with experience in remedial, preventative and productive counseling, budgeting and spending. She help so much that my daughter didn't have to drive a lot until closing on the house, she had to get into somebody butt to have the date and time set for my daughter.she a lot shel us out tremendously.

Today it is rare to find a person with such incredible integrity, and I am beyond grateful that we did find her. She took the time to understand our needs, no matter how big or small, and helped guide us through every step of the process of buying a home. Our home buying process as active duty military can, at times, be difficult and even burdensome, but she never faltered. We started the home buying process with her while we were stationed overseas. Through all of her communications, never once forgetting to answer an email, or a question and always respectful of the time difference, Ms. Dixon earned our respect and trust, which made the scary thought of buying a home "sight unseen", such an easy and smooth process. For any person looking to find their new home, I would highly recommend Ms. Dixon! Her knowledge of every home buying process, and her knowledge of the area is not only helpful, but impressive as well. Do not go into this adventure without her by your side!
