This is our second time working with Sheryl Kerner to purchase a home. Sheryl went above and beyond for us. She learned exactly what we were looking for and what our priorities were in a home. She was able to identify homes to show us that fit what we were looking for. Sheryl made herself available anytime we wanted to see a home or just needed to talk through decisions. She has a true eye for real-estate and we find her opinion extremely helpful. Her professionalism always shined when both selling and purchasing a home. In a very competitive market, her expertise certainly helped us to get the home of our dreams. We were extremely satisfied with all aspects of our home sale and new purchase. Sheryl Kerner was instrumental in closing both deals and we could not have done it without her. While we don't plan to move again anytime soon, we would use Sheryl again if we were moving!
