Personal Profile
I joined a small Century 21 office in Grass Valley in 2001 shortly after my husband and I relocated to the beautiful foothills of Nevada County. Our office is now a part of the Century 21 Select Group family which has offices in six states with over 60 offices.
Since joining Century 21, I have focused on my ability to provide support and expertise to all of my clients, both buyers and sellers. Client service has always been a top priority for me as in a past career I actually had the job title of Client Service Manager.
My clients are my primary focus and I am committed to providing quality service and have received the Century 21 corporate Quality Service Award twice.
I am proud to have been a member of the Nevada County Association of Realtors Board of Directors and numerous committees which provide another avenue to provide service to our clients. I am extremely honored to have been named REALTOR of the Year for 2023 by the Nevada County Association of Realtors.

Seller reviewWe originally chose a different Agent with your office, but were not satisfied with them. sherry Blair stepped right in when we needed another agent and her help was an excellent Agent and helped us with her honesty and hard work. If we hadn't moved across the country we would surely have used her to purchase another property. She is pleasant, intelligent and extremely easy to trust and work with.

She faced many challenges including an elderly owner with dementia, an out of town family, and a mobile home needing remodeling and crammed with years of accumulated stuff. She helped with everything and sold it quickly once she had it cleaned up. She was kind, patient, competent and supportive every step of the way. I would say that she went beyond what anyone could have expected to help complete the sale.

Seller reviewSherry Blair was extremely understanding and helpful in helping me and my brother deal with a long distance sale, under difficult circumstances. She shouldered much of the responsibility that would normally be handled by the seller themselves. The sale went much more quickly than expected. We sincerely appreciate her efforts!
