From a sales representative of Bearing & Power Transmission Company to Real Estate, Sherri understands the need for distinctive real estate representation. She has worked with clients who have relocated from around the world and right here in Coastal, Virginia. As a resident of the Coastal, VA area for over 40 years, it has allowed her to speak first hand, about this wonderful area, the changes that have materialized, and our current market conditions. Seller reviewMs Thaxton is a consummate and knowledgeable real estates associate. She had all the qualities I look for when I selected representation. Based on her teaching knowledge in the real estates course and her moral and ethical standards that she imparted to the class, I felt that she was the best person for the job and that Nachman Realty Century 21 was the right agency for me. I would recommend her above all others. Ms Thaxton listed the property on a Friday, held and open house on the following day, Saturday, and I was under contract on Sunday. It does not get any better than that. She was right on target with the prospective sale price estimate and listened to my suggestion of making a minor increase which paid off in the end. My interactions with Ms Thaxton was more than just a professional level. She was approachable, empathetic and listened tentatively to my concerns. I gained complete trust in her ability and I knew she had my best interest at heart.

She works extremely hard to make sure your house is sold at a fair market value. Honest, dependable, thinking outside the box, and her legal knowledge give her the competitive edge. I would and I do recommend her as a top notch real estate agent. Top notch. Her no nonsense approach is refreshing. Sherri looked after my sale from beginning to end, always one step ahead. Her ability to see potential problems before they surfaced were amazing. And thank goodness she was at the closing overseeing the final papers! My experiences with the handling of my rental property by Denise and Wilma were first rate.
