She took the time to understand exactly what I was looking for and what I needed. She was responsive, supportive, and honest. At every point, I knew I had an expert in my corner who would do everything she could to help me find the starter home of my dreams - and she did! Being a first time home buyer I had no idea what to do how to do it and Shelly was a godsend for me, she explained everything so well and made it make sense to someone who did not understand the terminology of homebuying. If it were not for her patience, detailedness, and ability to be reached at any time of the day or night with any questions I had I feel the process would have been a lot harder and stressful. Even after all was said and done and we closed on the property she has stayed in contact to ensure if any questions arise she will answer and even just check up on me and my family. She is now a forever part of my family and wouldn't recommend any other person to help buy a home!
