Seller reviewI've know several people who Shelley Leiderman helped with real estate transactions and all were very pleased with her work, her personal interaction, and the final results. She seems to have a knack for finding just the right property for people. We accepted an offer about 10 days after listing, although it took another couple months to get to settlement due to buyer delays. Shelley did an open house shortly after listing that drew a lot of interest. She handled the open house, meeting all these people, and the care of our home with professionalism. Shelley was readily available throughout the process, very responsive. She had also found the new home for us, so we had been through house-hunting and closing with her just before selling this house. Despite the ups and downs of the deal, she remained calm, professional, creative, and helpful. I have already sent Shelley the name of another potential client. I feel confident about sending anyone to her, knowing they will be well-cared for for, their personal information guarded, and a challenging time in life made more manageable.
