Seller reviewSheila is a top person for understanding what people are looking for when selling a home, or property. She goes the extra mile to give you the understanding of what your property will sell for. She checks the area for what other properties are selling for as well as any upgrades you may need to do to bring your property up to what ever the selling price might be. She takes pictures of other properties so that what she is telling you, you can see for yourself, She is honest and will do whatever you want her to do in getting a good price for your property. I would and will recommend Sheila Kuhfahl to anyone looking to buy or sell their home.

Shelia worked so hard for us that she even caught 2 mistakes at our closing that the lender made that saved us from paying more than we should have as well as saving our buyers money! Her diligence is beyond impressive. We could breath easy knowing that she had our back through the chaos and confusion of selling a home! This was the best real estate experience we have ever had! We can't express enough how impressed we were with the level of care and work that Shelia Kuhfahl put in for us during this journey. We also appreciated Shelia's humility!
