Sheila Koback was so professional but personal at the same time. Her knowledge and expertise with selling a house was outstanding. We were impressed at how quickly she was able to get our house up for sale. She was so good at taking pictures and writing all the positive points of our old Antique home. She quickly put an ad in an Antique real estate newspaper to market it even further. The information she made available to prospective buyers was impressive. She was extremely helpful in helping us get excellent painters, mason and our favorite handyman who came to our house the night before an inspection because our toilet decided to leak that day! She was never rushed or frazzled when dealing with any issues that came up. We had a buyer back out after an inspection and she was not bothered, advising us to look over the inspection but not to worry about it each one is different. Sheila was of course right. She was very patient with us when we asked for more than she thought it was worth. She said try it with this market you never know. But Sheila was right on the mark the house sold for what she originally thought it would sell for. She was patient with us to the very end. She said it would go fast once the bank came through and she wasn't kidding! Right to the end she helped make everything work since we weren't at the closing because we moved out of state. We can never thank Sheila Koback enough for making selling our house seem so easy! Sheila made herself available for questions and discussions any day at any time! She was tireless in her efforts to sell our house!
