Sheri is amongst one of the first persons I meet upon arriving in northport in late December, 2014. She is a grand positive person, and understood my need to locate within the village, and that I had to vacate my seasonal rental by mid May, so was working on a deadline. I saw 11-13 homes with Sheri, she was very patient, and cane fully prepared with each showings details. I made only one offer, on the house that I purchased. Sheri is the reason, that my offer was successful, since a competing offer was being considered. She so impressed the sellers, that they wanted her buyer to get the deal. I think the house was listed less then a week,had a sign, but the most listing took time to appear. The sellers loved interacting with Sheri, and she held my hand throughout the process, the quicken loans folks were a really hassle, and Sheri made a number of calls to them. The sellers agent, while close to Sheri, was not a good communicator and had poor follow through, so Sheri had to intervene a number of time, one important almost deal killer, was the listing agent mis stated the sewer assessment at 3,400, when it was in the range of 9600. Sheri was able to resolve with a 5,000 sellers concessions now as a new northport administrator, I will frequently be interacting with Sheri and Jane darling who is equally capable and a delightful presence. I'm so glad that your agency opened the northport office, and I've been a vocal advocate that the best agent for buying or selling in the village or township is a local agent. Sheri is really a calm cream of the crop person,very resourceful and likes dogs as well. This went very well, great attention to detail and organized The real estate office is a crossed the street from the village office, where I work, I see and chat with Sheri and Jane almost daily. I suspect that will continue. Jane darling very fine contact and responsive and positive. In sheri's case, she knows most everyone in the village, and can't say an unkind word about anyone. The mortgage experience with quicken loans was a pain, even though this was my second mortgage with them. The title company was fine, thought the communication could have been better, Sheri had to follow up with them on a number of occasions
