Scott really takes the time to walk you through selling your home. He was great when I was getting discouraged when people were not giving me a fair offer on my home. He told me to be patient that the right person or buyer had not looked at your home yet and it will happen soon. He was right the next showing made me a great offer and all went smooth afterwards. My home sold in one month in the middle of the Covid pandemic. His negotiations skills are top notch and has good experience with selling.

Scott is part of our family and we really like his reputation and the work he has done over the years with our friends and family; he and his wife Molly are excellent to work with. What made Scott and Molly stand out in our eyes was the communication we received when we had questions or concerns. Neither one didn't hesitate to get back with my wife I and when we had questions; they both were very easy to work with and we loved the way they presented themselves.
