I called Scott, told him I wanted to see the house, and within a day (while he was on vacation), we already had plans in place to get our house listed and got us a viewing at the house we wanted. We actually had our listing up before Scott even returned from vacation. Our house ended up selling in 6 days, and we got a great deal on the house that we purchased. Would recommend.
