Seller reviewScott was very attentive to our needs and wants for selling our home. He had a marketing plan in place immediately & had properly estimated the sale price due to his research of the homes that sold in the last year that were equivalent to ours. Scott guided us every step of the way from the beginning of selling our home all the way past closing. He handled everything professionally at all times & was extremely communicative. Scott helped make the selling of our home go with such great ease. We would recommend him to anyone & everyone who is looking to sell & buy a home. He is an outstanding realtor who listens to every aspect of your wants & needs.

Seller reviewI requested proposals from two agents, based on a recommendation from a business associate. Both agents submitted proposals and I discussed their proposals with them on the phone. I decided to work with Scott on this sale, after reviewing his proposal, and my gut feeling on getting the property sold in a timely fashion. The sale was handled professionally and the property was sold quickly. Scott was great to work with. He used the data he could find, to properly estimate the sale price for our property. We also discussed his assessment on chances for the sale, based on the listing price range we were asking. I valued his honesty and local knowledge in helping us establish the asking price. I was comfortable discussing all aspects of the sale with Scott, and he kept me in touch with me, as the process was proceeding.

Seller reviewI have bought and sold seven homes in my lifetime. The last two transactions have been with Scott Fink because he is a "go getter." He listened to my needs, got the information I needed to find and sell a home; and always communicated with me regarding each step of the real estate transaction. For me Scott makes the whole buying and selling of property 50% eaiser due to his outstanding business skills and great personality. You want a house that meets your needs (not the real estate agents needs), he will find it and get you in that house. You need your house sold, he will get the job done!
