She was great at staying on top of the deadlines, being thorough, responsive, patient, and hand holding us through each of the many steps to make sure settlement on the house would still meet the shorter than average time frame we needed.

She made sure to point out things that we liked, disliked, needed improving, etc and made it clear that she only wanted what was best for us and was prepared to do whatever possible to get us the best deal. As previously stated, first time home buyers like us don't a clue what they are doing, and Sarah took the time out of her day to explain every small detail to us about what everything was during the entire home buying process from START to FINISH. Her help was greatly appreciated and she made us feel like family, and made our closing date very special with some personal touch. Thank you Sarah!!!
