I had a very unusual situation with trying to sell my mothers home after her passing. She worked with me for close to a year before we had all our ducks in a row to actually be able to put the house on the market. She was so patient, checked in with me every few months, and then when the real work started she got Heidi at the title company involved, who was a godsend! It would have been easy for them to give up and say its not worth my time, but they didn't even consider that. I am so thankful for such a strong group of intelligent, helpful, knowledgeable, women to help me through the process. The house sold in 3 weeks, and we got more than I had originally though I would. I will hands down use Sarah again when I am in need of a realtor!

You will not find a better team than Sarah and Lynn. We moved back to FW and found our forever home after a year of looking. Sarah helped us navigate this volatile market with skill and patience. She is a fast communicator and really knows how to close a deal. She always had our best interests in mind and made sure we didn't offer over what we should - even as we were antsy to settle down.
