Seller reviewSelling a house that has been in your family for 57 years is hard to let go of. Sandy Sallettes helped make the transition an easy one. Her compassion for our feelings gave us comfort. Selling our house took patience and understanding on our part. With Sandy's help we were able to have both and make it through the process. Sandy worked hard trying to get us the best price for our house. Sandy is easy going and very friendly. Sandy knows all the ins and outs of selling a house. Sandy is a fantastic sales agent. Buyer reviewFirst time home buyer and was unfamiliar with the process but Sandy explained everything slowly and meticulously. She had local contacts for inspectors and setup appointments. Sandy stayed on top of my lending company throughout the process to ensure the timely completion of documents. She was very involved in the process and created a family like bond and continues to check in after the home buying process. Would recommend to all my friends and family.

As ALWAYS Sandy goes out of her way to provide excellent service during search, buying and even after closing. Sandy is truly concerned with the happiness and satisfaction of her client throughout the process. Available WAY after business hours including weekends. She has made a new friend as well as a client. I hope that this will be my last home, but if the need arose I would call noone BUT Sandy for its sale.
