Samuel Scelta is an amazing person, so far he has helped me close on three properties and one under contract at the moment. He is always there to answer any questions or concerns I have. He works very professionally and in a timely manner. Would recommend him 100% without a doubt. Samuel keep doing what you are doing, there is no need to change anything.

I met Samuel Scelta at a social function. We started talking and it was evident he was very in tune with the area, the community, and people. When I decided to buy a house in the area I did not think twice about contacting Sam to help me. Sam was on top of all aspects of the transaction from noticing details about the properties looked at that I would never have thought about to making sure all deadlines were met to get the transaction to close. Sam is direct, intelligent, and knowledgeable. His patience is above and beyond. I'm fairly difficult to deal with and he answered all my questions, responded to every text I sent without getting annoyed at me (which I tend to do a lot to people), and made sure I understood everything that was going on from showing to closing. It took over a year to find a house and get to closing but Sam never lost his patience with me and all my wandering house ideas. I appreciate him. I would recommend Samuel Scelta because he makes buying a house easy and fun. It was an amazing experience.

We gave Samuel Scelta our wish list and a list of homes that we had looked at online that we wanted to see in person. The home that we purchased was not on that list because we were not interested in living on a main road. Because Sam looked at our list and wanted to meet our needs, he talked me into seeing this home. We cannot thank Sam enough for talking me into seeing the home that we purchased. It is exactly what we needed and it is beautiful! We would highly recommend Sam to anyone looking to purchase or sell a home. He listened to what we wanted and produced it. During this entire process Sam made sure that we knew exactly what had to be done and how quickly it had to be done as well. If he sent me an email, he made sure that I received it. We needed to close on time and Sam made sure to do anything in his power to get that done for us. We cannot thank him enough.
