Seller reviewWe contacted Atwood to look at a listing a little further away from our home. My first meeting with Sam was at that showing. She was so great. Very friendly and outgoing. She really seemed to be on the same page we were in what we were looking for. The amount of showings we had per day was a little crazy, but we are so thankful to have gotten 3 offers above listing price in 3 or 4 days. Very happy with the results! We will definitely recommend Samantha to our friends and family, and have her help us again if that is in our future!

She kept us apprised about available homes and always let us know as soon as a new one came on the market. She was honest and forthright- no games. Sam was a fabulous realtor with selling and buying. We knew what we wanted and had been looking for the perfect home for a long time and when the perfect house came on the Market, Sam had us in and we made an offer that next day. Within that week she had helped us get, our current home listed and SOLD. She responded fast all the time and got the best price for our home, so we could afford the larger space.

She kept pushing forward and gave it everything she had. She was phenomenal. always upbeat and ready to take on what ever got in our way. i will totally recommend her to friends and family.
