Seller reviewSam Fullen was very professional, always on time and would let me know the results of a showing as soon as he knew them. He is very knowledgeable of our historic neighborhood and able to answer any questions prospective buyers had. I had a 110 year old house in a neighborhood that a number of years ago was not looking so good. A lot of Realtors in the area still had those opinions of the neighborhood. Sam Fullen spent a lot of time calling these realtors and getting them interested in our home. I would definitely recommend Sam Fullen to anyone selling their home.
