I have used Ms Edwards services 3 times in recent years. Each time I am more impressed than the last. Ms Edwards listens to my requests, does the research, and in a short time offers options. She is professional and works well with other agents to get the best deal for the client. She has been the director for the steps to closing a deal,keeping me informed of each step .She has many resources--appraisals,home warranty, finance options, repair men to name a few. She is a trust worthy professional whom I have highly recommended. I initially passed on a property that I considered to select a different property. When home inspection revealed issues we asked for a reduction in price. while waiting for an answer, Ms Edwards suggested a revisit to tge revious property. After talking to their agent, they matched the reduced offer--and what a STEAL!!!! I am so grateful for her push to revisit. The MUCH nicer 2nd choice is now mine!!
