Buyer reviewWe were so fortunate to have found Saila Bommasani while in the process of buying a house for our son in a new city in NJ away from where we live in PA. She met with all of us, understood our requirements and provided several options from which we finally choose this place. There were lot of going back and forth with this seller who was in other side of the country which wasn't easy and took almost three months to close. She was always there on answering our questions, giving us good advice and suggestions on all related aspects in the process of closing the deal. We would recommend her to anyone.

Buyer reviewSaila went above and beyond to make our new home-buying process as seamless as possible. As first-time home buyers, we could get to the house we wanted. The builder was a troublemaker, but Saila used her negotiation tricks to handle all issues swiftly. We were nervous and anxious entering this process. With Saila's guidance and real estate knowledge, we could know critical details (Ex: Contract signing process, Home custom options, and our rights as a buyer, etc.) that we would have never known otherwise! Still, with her help, we walked away confident and extremely happy with our decision and home.

Initially we started looking at lower budget properties, but overtime as we saw so many properties, Saila gave us a detailed knowledge of properties. Example: What should we look for, what we get and what is riskier. She was very patient explaining all the process, step by step throughout the closing. Most realtors would wash off their hands or take passive roles when they know the property is about to be closed. Sailaja is NOT one of them. She ensures she's there with you until closing and guides with right decisions. I knew nothing about real estate. It was Sailaja who educated me fully. Don't even have second thought going with Sailaja for your real estate needs. You are in safest hands!
