Born as a first-generation Mexican American, I was raised in Downey. After graduating from Warren High, I was onto UCLA to start working like my sisters in education. While teaching for a few years as I got my Real Estate License, I became obsessed with helping people achieve their dreams. Seller reviewHe was recommended with a positive experience. Knew the area - demographics of Downey. Listened to my wants and thoughts. Mainly kept in touch and answered every text email and phone calls promptly. Never had to hunt him down! Pleasant, never put on that I was bugging him. No question too stupid. Can read people very well. He had a plan on how to market the house for day 1. It worked - sold the house within a week for the price I wanted Easy to work with...excellent service!
