We, my wife and I, were searching the internet for a house in the Spokane-area, and Rod contacted us, via email. Keep this in mind, that we were living in Kenmore(north of Seattle) while all of our communication going on between us. So, with that being said, all of our "chats" were done over the phone. Very professional and courteous in that manner. Since neither one of us does not drive a motor vehicle(by our own choosing), Rod drove us around to each property(10-12? over a two day span), plus took us to our place of stay for the night, and also picked my wife up at the airport/and back when she came over here to check-out the house that we finally brought!
